Package Ministry
Faith, if it hath not works, is dead. (James 2:14-26)
Orphans For Christ is not only concentrated on working with people temporarily. One of the things we do is the Package Ministry. On average we send about 4-5 parcel packages per quarter. If we could afford it we would send more. So far packages have been sent to Russia, Kazakhstan, and Moldova. Some of the things these packages include are: shampoo, soap, deodorant, feminine products, shirts, pants, shoes, canned goods, candy, household supplies, baby items, hygiene necessities, etc. To be a part of the Package Ministry, while filling out your donation, leave us a note requesting your donation to go torwards our Package Ministry. Future Project
As you can see in the pictures, we have a very small church house which they call the House of Prayer. It is located in a village called Pobeda(Victory). We want to remodel it inside, outside, change out the windows and roof. We anticipate the cost of this remodel project to be around $12,000 UDS. This project will take effect as soon as we have sufficient funds.
If you’ve been wanting to serve The Lord physically and haven’t had an opportunity to do so, this might be it. Pray about it.
God willing, during the time of the remodel, we will be having evening fellowship with the local church members as well as anyone else willing to join us from the village. Our goal is to show Jesus through everything we do there, and hoping this work will help this small church grow for the glory of God.
